Our Story
Where It All Began
Midwest Thin Blue Line Fishing’s journey began many years ago as a teenager in Mississippi with a deep-rooted passion for competitive bass fishing. Although growing up fishing, he started tournament fshing as a teenager. As an adult, the fishing passion didnt stop and he continued tournament fishing when he could while working as a Police Officer and later moving to the Sheriffs Department as a Deputy.
Hence the name Midwest Thin Blue Line Fishing in Honor of his Law Enforcement Career as he loves giving back to his community with a servants heart. Today with over 40 years as a competitive tournament angler, our founder Charles Weldon‘s, vision is to create a platform where anglers can converge, learn, and share in the thrill of the sport. This vision evolved into a hub for guided fishing adventures, comprehensive how-to videos, and insightful product reviews along with tournament action. Today, we stand as a testament to the spirit of bass fishing, connecting a community of enthusiasts from all walks of life.
